How does the tiffin service work?
Our service is simple and convenient:
Order: Place your order online through our website.
Delivery: We deliver your meals every Sunday between 6 PM and 9 PM.
Enjoy: Enjoy freshly prepared Indian meals throughout the week.

What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to the Greater Toronto Area. If our ordering system does not accept your postal code, even if you’re in the GTA, write to us via our contact form or at contact@tiffinintoronto.ca, and we’ll try our best to accommodate your order.

What types of meals do you offer?
Our menu features a diverse range of dishes from all four corners of India, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Each week’s menu is carefully crafted to include a variety of rice, curries, vegetables, and other traditional dishes.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order by visiting our website, selecting your preferred meal package, and completing the checkout process. While we do not offer subscription plans at this time, you can order for up to 3 weeks in advance in one go.

Can I customize my meals?
At this time, we do not offer customized meal options. However, we ensure our weekly menu includes a wide variety of dishes to suit different tastes and preferences.

Do you accommodate food allergies?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate food allergy requests at this time. Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles various allergens, and we cannot guarantee cross-contamination will not occur.

Our meals are packaged in disposable, microwave-safe containers that are easy to store and reheat.

Do you use separate utensils for vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals?
Yes, we use separate cooking utensils for vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals to avoid cross-contamination and ensure the integrity of our dishes.

What are the spice levels of the meals?
Our meals have tempered spice levels to cater to the diverse tastes of our customers, especially considering Toronto’s multicultural population. We aim to provide a balance of authentic flavors that are enjoyable for everyone.

How long do the meals last?
Our meals are fresh and should be refrigerated upon delivery. They can last up to 2 weeks when refrigerated below 10°C, but for best taste and quality, we recommend consuming them within 10 days of delivery.

What if I need to cancel my order?
To cancel an order for the upcoming Sunday, write to us at order@tiffinintoronto.ca by midnight on Wednesday. For example, to cancel an order for May 20, contact us by midnight on May 16 Eastern Time. Currently, we do not accept cancellations over text or phone calls. Once cancelled, the order will be refunded within 2 business days.

What if I am not satisfied with the quality of the food?
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our food, please write to us at order@tiffinintoronto.ca, and we will be happy to refund your money. We strive to ensure that our customers are extremely satisfied with the food we serve.
