Services Provided

Tiffin in Toronto provides home-cooked, fresh Indian food delivery services to busy professionals in downtown Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We offer a variety of meal packages that include vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Our deliveries are made every Sunday between 6 pm and 9 pm.

Ordering and Payment

Orders must be placed online through our website. We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All credit and debit card transactions are handled by Stripe, ensuring secure processing of your payment information. You can place orders for up to three weeks in advance. At this time, we do not offer subscription plans.

Delivery Policy

We deliver to the Greater Toronto Area every Sunday between 6 pm and 9 pm. If our ordering system does not accept your postal code, please contact us via our contact form or at contact@tiffinintoronto.ca, and we will do our best to accommodate your order. Meals are packaged in disposable, microwave-safe containers that are easy to store and reheat. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery during the specified delivery window.

Cancellations and Refunds

To cancel an order for the upcoming Sunday, please write to us at order@tiffinintoronto.ca by midnight on Wednesday. For example, to cancel an order for May 20, contact us by midnight on May 16 Eastern Time. We do not accept cancellations over text or phone calls. Once cancelled, the order will be refunded within two business days.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our food, please write to us at order@tiffinintoronto.ca, and we will be happy to refund your money. We strive to ensure that our customers are extremely satisfied with the food we serve.

As a user, you agree to:

• Ensure availability to receive the delivery within the specified time window.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
